Innostream 90 Phone Freeze

From reading around, I've realized that my problem is that I switched to an animated wallpaper (.vis) and it was corrupted. Having set it as my wallpaper, my phone completely does not function anymore. None of the buttons work, incoming calls to the phone aren't detected and the caller is told that the number is no longer in service. I've tried switching SIM cards but the wallpaper is saved to the battery, so no help there.

So my question is, how do I change the wallpaper when it automatically freezes when the phone turns on? Is there a master reset I can try to do? Thanks in advance!
