Yes, the body glove does have a belt clip. Necessity in my opinion.

I have a problem with the Body Glove case. When the phone is closed, it doesn't close tight enough and the big display stays on. This is extremely annoying because my extended battery only last a day on standby.

Mine did the same thing. I took off the leather case and then worked the leather back and forth in the areas that were tight to break it in. Now closes fine.

Same here...

Take the case off, then put it back on. I also laid my phone "face down" so that the heaviest part (the back) pushed down and stretched the leather as needed.

The case, really, is nice...it will eventually break in and it works beautifully for this phone. First leather case I've had in a very long time I'm happy with.

I guess Rat (Radio) Shack has a case. I'm gonna check that out tonight.

Check out the Body Glove BodySuit Universal - Mini size. I just got it from CompUSA. Fits great like all BG's I have tried in the past, except for two items: 1) velcro mechanism to hold the flap closed (versus magnet, like on the BG Prizm Mini) and 2) swivel belt clip (versys BG Prizm-Mini's 'low profile' non-swivelling belt clip. I am trying to enclose a pic (from my 5300) of this case. Hope this helps.

I want a clear case because I want to be able to see the caller Id before answering it, I don't like to hide it in a black case. Here's a picture of the motorola 720 in a clear case from daydeal.com. They don't make a clear case for the 5300 yet. I guess the 720 clear case will fit the 5300 but I think you have to make a few changes. I emailed them yesterday to see if they will make a clear case for the 5300 and 8100. Waiting on a resposne. A month ago people got a company (I forget the name) to make a clear case for the 5300 but it didn't fit right.

I just got one of the daydeal.com cases (the one for the t720) for my 5300. I put it right on using the extended battery and it fits great with minimal break-in time. I just used a single hole punch for the speaker and mic and it looks great. This case is hands down the best clear case I have found, especially compared to the ones from super038g which totally suck. It's built stronger and the vinyl is of a much better quality. I have all the cases for the 5300 (leather body glove, and leather sprint) and I like this clear one from daydeal the best. I have attached some pictures for all to see.

I bought a clip from Radio Shack for my 5300. It is the best. Much better than the leather Body Glove case. Here's the link... http://www.radioshack.com/product.a...t%5Fid=17%2D232

The clear cases are much better IMO

Did you guys read the description for the Radio Shack holster. The holster is made of plastic but here is the description.

Quote:
Soft, durable genuine lambskin leather gives this holster a stylish and sophisticated look. Protects your wireless phone from the elements while providing a comfortable fit.

Kinda dosen't match.
