Age old Treo 700/750 (Windows) or PPC6700/6800

As I am using the Treo Imiss the ease of use from my old xv6700 ... especially the keypad... I do alot of emailing and web and the 6700 was a blast, BUT, it wasn't even flashed to cricket and on VZW, nothing but issues, freezing, etc... that was a year ago, maybe better now? or with a Mogul? Treo has been great (700w on VZW) that i just parted with about a month or 2 ago, and now have the 700WX on cricket.
Guess the question is, as the 700wx is a pitstop, would one opt for a 6800 or a 750?
Pro's, cons? 750 on WM5? 750 with update WM6? 6800 (Mogul)?
I have gotten used to the smaller treo keys, although I do miss the larger screen in landscape mode when on the net.
