Iphone wont BOOT ANYMORE

hi guys... i tried to activate my Iphone 1.0.2 and then the software crash... and now my iphone everytime i turn on it load with the grey apple and then it shut off ... .and then turn.... on and try to boot the firmware and shut off again it keep going like that forever
i tried to restore.... it but no luck it keep doing that after the restore... any other suggestion?

Did the computer crashed during the process of unlocking iphone? Sounds like something of that nature happened.

yeah during the process of activation with independance... and now... it wont boot in to the Activation part anymore.. it just boot to the grey apple and then it shut off

Can you get to the yellow icon by holding POWER and HOME for 25 seconds or so?
I you can, then once you have the yellow triangle connect to iTunes and Restore.
P.S.- Oh and make sure you have the battery charged!!!

i get to the yellow triangle and restore it many times.. but it wont boot.. at all....

r u sure your phone is adequately charged when you were upgrading? i ran into an issue yesterday when i forgot to charge my iphone. the battery indicator was at red level. everytime i hit the home button, all i see is a black screen. when i charged the phone, everything went back to normal.

what you need to do is if you using windows goto the start/control panel/add or remove programs and delete itunes and apple mobile device then reinstall a new verison of itunes MAKE SURE!!!! you have the restore file for firmware 1.0.2 on your computer prior to this and reinstall itunes and foolw this guide. http://www.modmyiphone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7584
