KRZR not connecting to PC

Need help of how to configure my PC to connect my KRZR (Cingular) using the P2K programs. My computer are a HP Presario with XP PS2. MPT work fine but the P2K dosn't. Please bring some instruction of how to resolve this situation.

since you haven't mentioned it, you have to install the usb drivers on your pc (vista/xp/2000)

where to find, this drivers ?

this board does have a search function (near top of page)

key words usb driver "your os" ie search usb driver xp for running xp on your box

i could have given a direct link but didn't 'cause i want you to look for it...

Well, Thanks for no thanks. But I think that the problem are with the USB configuration. If there any person that Know how the make configuration on Windows PS2 Hardware System configuration. Please Help

You need to get the motodev drivers, and to do that, you'll be required to sign up for a motodev account - www.developer.motorola.com/

I already resolve my problems, Thanks anyway. For those with the same problems here are My suggestions. Unplug your USB cable in the computer and connect to any other available USB port. Let Windows find the new hardware and install the downloaded drivers for P2K programs. I recommend the Handset USB Driver 32 2.9.0 found on Motorola website.

from what i've read i really thought you had to specificaly install the pk2 usb driver and not the motorola ones. thanks for you resolution comments.

The Motorola drivers ARE p2k drivers

P2k describes the communication protocol with the phone.

i couldn't connect my krzr to P2k untill i got RSD!!!
