Hey sorry if this has already been mentioned but im new so any help would be great.

I have put ringtones in my savesnd file using a usb cable and bitpim with no problems. But i would like to delete them off the phone now and bitpim gives me a error and the phone says there locked and cannot be deleted at this time. Any ideas??? PS: these are ones i have put on not theres.

Also I just bought a micro card and thats y im trying to get ringtones off the phones memory and to the card. Anyone know the video format it can handle in the savevid file???
