Iphone wont unlock... HELP!!

i unlocked my girls iphone with no problem.. now im trying to unlock another iphone and it activates but when i run the iunlock it completes but the phone still says INCORRECT SIM.. I tried starting all over again but using ibrickr and the anysim and i get an error saying anysim will quit now because my firmware is already patch.. i tried each way like 50 times.. i Watch the video n i tried Using two threads.. did any1 else have this problem? Some one point me in the right direction...

you have to activate it again after the unlock

try virginizing it, flash the baseband.
