Anyone figured out mp3 Ringers on the M620 (Telus Version)?

There's lots of other posts out there, and I've tried them all. Most of them are for the M620 from Sprint, and their methods haven't worked for my Telus phone.
I know the method of replacing video files with an mp3 converted to 3gp works, but the sound is quiet and crappy.
