I did it this morning. Took me about 4 minutes (except for the restore time of course).

From 1.1.1 to 1.0.2

Were you able to downgrade the baseband back to 3.14.08?

Settings -> General -> About. Look down toward the bottom of the list

i can't get it to work with mine. i never get the yellow triangle. i only get the itunes symbol with cable and arrow pointing towards it. i try to run apptapp and my phone cycles through a couple of times and then apptapp give gives me the error, but i never get the activate part.

Happened to me the first time I tired. I found the the key was actually, physically counting to ten and NOT letting go of the "home" button.
