Can baseband error disable the vibration function?

Hi:

When I first activate the phone with PACAY after jailbreak it with iBrickr, I was playing with the phone and putting on my Wi-Fi Home password, and changing the sounds and activating the vibration mode and the phone did vibrate every time I changed any option. But after the unlock with anySIM the phone worked fine, but I can't make vibrate at all. I have restored several times...

Have anyone had the same issue?

Please advice....
