Razor v3 power problem

sometimes when i turn the phone on, starts loading up then completly shuts down, other times when it does start up. the phone will manually power off after 10min to an hour , never the same. anyone else had this problem, phone only 6 months old, please help!!

I switched batteries with my wifes phone, still the same thing. probably would be better off loosing the phone
