i860 FLASHTrap Code Corrupt! Help!

I have an i860 that I dropped and a white screen came up! I looked at other forums and couldn't find anyone with this problem but i may have overlooked them! When I power my phone on it says

FS1Cv00.36
i28F128W18- ROM9
Code Corrupt!
Ready To Program
Connect USB or RS232 data cable!
Can anyone Help?
