How to delete personal info on a KRZR

My wifes krzr is having problems with the screen turning pure white at times and it is only 2 1/2 weeks old. Verizon sent out a replacement for it, now I would like to wipe out the contacts list (lots of contacts) and a few ringtone that were added before sending it back to them. I looked for a master reset but didn't find anything. Is there any way to clear this information off the phone??

Ok, I found out that Verizon had the feature removed. There is no Master Reset/Clear.
