How to change the loud speaker on a e815

I want to put in a new loud speaker on the back of my e815. The one in mine is broken, its very quiet.
Has anyone done this before or know how to take off the back speaker cover?

You have to disassemble the phone. Its very easy and a search will easily find you disassembly instructions.

I searched around abit a found this awesome guide
I ordered a replacement speaker from ebay today. That guide doesn't look to 'easy' but I've never disassembled a phone before. Hopefully all will go well and i can hear when my phone rings again.
