The one gotcha about this set up is the you cant just click a youtube link because you need to have nomobile=1 at the end of all the urls for youtube. I think it just tells youtube not to give you the mobile version of the page.

So after you install the items on that page, you would go to www.youtube.com/?nomobile=1 and you should be able to play the stuff there.

this worked for me. You can play youtube videos...the only difference is you have to put nomobile=1 at the end of any youtube url's you get for it to work. Other then that it works fine for me.

it searches the entire youtube site. once you enter in a few keywords it searches on demand. i've found every video i've needed to find including the more obscure ones. not sure why you are having issues with it....

of course though this app won't play tv-links shows though

But aren't we talking about two different things ? Vtap is not tcpmp nor is it the video bundle. This is so confusing. I have to install all 3 or are we all talking about different things here ?

EDIT: I installed only vtap (because it thats what the post said to do) and when I open it it just freezes...

EDIT: installation for tcpmp and videobundle say "Install FlashVideoBundle.CAB attached below. This MUST be installed in the same location as TCPMP (Device or Storage Card) but when I install I can't choose where I want to put it ! ?? Do I have to install vtap after the other two ALSO ?

The post i linked to doesnt mention installing vtap.

you install tcpmp and the flashbundle and thats it. i installed those two things and i can now play videos from youtube.

I dont remember if it asked me where to install it. I assume it did, or that it installed it in the right location automatically because that set up is working for me. I installed tcpmp first, so maybe the flash thing just automatically installed in the same location? I dont remember. But for me, it's working.

I've done both and youtube tells me that I don't have flash player installed....

Vtap doesn't work anyway, just opens and freezes..
