TelNavApplication lost backlight

Hey all,
I went into my TelNav/preferences and by mistake turned off the back light. Now the screen is black and can't see it to turn it back on. Should I delete the TelNav app. If so where do I re-install from
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I did this once and luckily ended up remembering the button-push sequence to get back to "backlight on". I'm sure Telenav publishes a "layout" of their menus, you should be able to figure it out from there.
