Okay, so I've plopped down $45.00 on the data cable for the GU87 at my local AT&T store

. On the package it says:

Provides Easy connection from your PC to wireless phone using Synchronization software.

"Software not included".

So I go out to the Panasonic website and all I can find is something called "Data Connection Assistant V4.0"

It seems to me that this software is just geared for using your phone as a modem. Am I wrong?

Is there any sync capability in it. I bought the cable primarily for sending images to the PC instead of emailing them which is costly if you're on AT&T.

What are other people using to sync this data?

BTW, I searched the forums first and found limited information.

Any input would be appreciated.

search the forum for edit tool and you are looking for the link to version 1.7 and not 2.0, 1.7 allows PB manipulation adn 2.0 does not both are links to Panasonic public servers.
