How many ppl have had a defective krzr (freezing etc)? Im really interested in this phone. but keep reading posts and reviews about it freezing. Im starting to change my mind.

I got an unlock krzr phone from ebay. After 3 months, the outer screen isn't working anymore. Everything else is fine.

i had a k1m with verizon and it froze up a LOT. but that's verizon's fault for putting the stupid ui of theirs on it. which is a different story

I'm debating the same thing.....had to return one I got from mobilebee because at first after charging it, the screen was slow after opening it. So i decided to upgrade the firmware and then it started slowing down even further and freezing, sometimes giving a white screen when fully opened. I even downgraded to the original firmware and still got freezing, so I returned it since it was within their 14 day return policy.

I've been thinking about changing plans with tmobile and getting a myfaves version, but I'm not sure if I'll experience the same thing. Wonder how many times you can exchange a faulty phone with them...it's a nice phone by the way when I had it working!

Mine just screwed up a few days ago.. It starts up, then freezes and reboots. It keeps doing this and it sucks. I've had it since last November, and I really expected it to last longer than a year
