I'm going to be honest, I want to use it. Its like getting a new toy. Its alot brighter and device is alot smaller than my 8525. I have always wanted to try a BB but always favored the WM OS. BUT, I have a coule questions, can I get in trouble if I put my SIM in it and use it? Could they match my cell number with a different IMEI number? God forbid that the thing was stolen and just thrown on the ground and then I get blamed for it. I would apprecaite any advice here. Thanks ahead of time. |

As for you thinking whatever you are, I regret you feel that way. I already own the best phone out (maybe an IPhone argument could be inserted here but after all the problems with the Tilt, it could only be an IPhone argument)! |

I'm sure that happens to a lot of people, just losing their phone but remembering to take the SIM out before losing it. And there are no contacts in the phone and no call history? Last I remembered, the call history was a pain to get rid off on blackberrys, and it shows up regardless of whether a SIM was inside or not.
So to the OP, the answer is no, you most likely won't get in trouble. You could, but probably not. ps. what's owing "the best phone out" have to do with anything? Like you said, Next time, think of a better excuse. |
