I have the XV6700 synched with my corporate exchange server. All works great (mail/contacts/tasks/etc).

I wish to retrieve email from my personal account a (pop3). Again, no problem. Comes right to my inbox on the handset.

The problem is when I download pop3 mail to my VX6700 it does not stay on the server. So I set up the synching software from Verizon. It is all set. I have my contacts and task list synched between the handset and my home laptop.

However, apparently you cannot sync a personal pop3 if you're already syched with an exchange server.

Or can you?

If I could figure out how to keep the mail on the server it would solve my problem.

Any takers?
