Two Questions....Gmail & HTC Home

I picked up a Tilt yesterday, and I really happy with the phone, but I am struggling with Gmail.

On my previous phones (iPhone, Q9h, Treo etc.) I had my gmail account set up for retrieval on the device. I would get it there and then when I got home, without sync my phone I could retrieve it on Outlook.

For some reason I can not figured out what I have set up wrong on the Tilt/Gmail that's no longer allowing me to do this. In Gmail I have it set to download all messages, and on Outlook I have leave a copy on the server marked. I cannot find a similar setting on the phone.

Can anyone help me out?

Also, where can I download the HTC Home plugin for the weather and everything?

Do a search for HTC Home Plug in here on this site.. There is a ton of info on how to download and install...

You can also do a search here on the gmail question as well...

Yeah I did, but I deleted the recent: and that was the problem.
