Need help w/ backing up 8525 data

I want to move from WM5 to WM6. I have a mac and don't have access to windows, but through themissingsync I can access the files on my 8525 as though it were just a regular hard drive attached to my computer.

I'm looking to backup my calendar, my contacts, my sms/mms messages and any other useful data you can think of. What I need to know is what files store this information and, if I copy them to my computer now and then move them back after installing WM6, will I have all of that data back?
