8925 Tilt Bugs

Anyone experienced these bugs with your Tilt? Post about it and anymore you find.

1) Last night, my girlfriend's didn't wake up when I hit the power button after I had called it. Today, I never got a text message and I was supposed to have, but you guessed it -- the phone didn't wake up. A paperclip soft reset fixes it, probably a minor issue in the firmware.

2) The Kaiser home plugin sometimes updates the time faster than the menu bar at the top. See this shot:

One annoyance - when on the charger, the backlight stays on until manually turned off. Annoying a little.

Same thing happend with my gf's 8525...mine never had the problem. Returned hers 2 times, and now we both don't have the problem

She had to reset hers daily, when mine NEVER froze (and mine has a ******** more programs installed).

So if it keeps acting weird, take it back....her 3rd one works perfect now.

This can be changed in the backlight settings.

I looked for that setting all throughout my device(wm6 wing) and never could find it. I am assuming you need to force into sleep each time, but I have SKtools now and it will turn it off automatically. That was a pleasant surprise for this app.

Hope this helps guys

actually thats not a bug but an actual setting you can set in the external power area.

Settings -> system tab -> backlight -> external power tab.

check the txt box and set the time on how long you want the display on.
