How do you reset back to default? Having some quirky problems.

If its the same as the 8525, then it would be hold both soft button, and with your stylus push the reset button(little hole @ the bottom of the phone) until you see a screen come up stating erase all data?

Yup, it's the same.
As was said, hold both soft keys (the ones with the "-" (dash) on either side of the 5-way) and press reset (hold on the bottom) with the stylus.
It should say that this will erase everything and to press 'send' to confirm. Press 'send' (green phone button.)
