HELP!! - K1m WONT SYNC!!!

I don't know what the deal is, but I've got a VZW MOTOKRZR K1M and I've synced it to my computer countless times before, but now it won't connect. I've tried reinstalling the drivers, reinstalling VZW's Music Essentials Manager, running the razr patch, uninstalling it from the device manager and reinstalling everything, but it always comes up as "Connect Failure." Every time I hook it up to my computer, the "Found New Hardware Wizard" pops up and it usually reads it as a Motorola K1m, but sometimes it will only read it as a USB storage device and always tries to reinstall the drivers, even if I just installed them, but it can never find the right drivers, so it never gets installed correctly. Any ideas as to how to fix this? I've got 200+ songs on my memory card that I want to take off and replace, but i can't get my computer to read it anymore. HELP MEEEE!!!!!!!!!!
