Internet connection on Tilt

Ok I have the PDA unlimited plan. So I am ISP settings. I can not connect when I am in the house. I had no issues with my 8525 connected all the time. Need it for my direct push email. Starting to piss me off. anyone else have this issues? Also it seems slow to data connect.

Start -> Settings -> Connections Tab -> Connections -> "Add a new modem connection" if nothing is there or "Manage existing connections" if there is a pre-existing connection.

For static IP:
Access Point Name: isp.cingular
Username: ISPDA@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: Cingular1

For NAT:
APN: wap.cingular
Username: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: Cingular1

Start -> Settings -> Connections Tab -> GPRS Setting

Ensure "CHAP" Authentication is selected.

After all settings are done, reboot device.

If that doesn't work, it's broken.

Yup it was checked. they have me going thru a proxy as well. I am going to take it back to the store today. Sure that should be fun. I am using the SIM from my 8525 so thinking should not be an issue

Are you not showing the internet connection icon on your device?

ok exchanged the phone. odd.. it is in my house. my 8525 worked fine. the tilt will not connect to edge or 3G. It shows that i am connected but just hangs wtf...
