Hey folks
Why won't the stock AIM messaging app. load when I am connected over wifi?
Any work around? Does Trillian or other IM work well? New to WM.

The Stock AIM/MSN/Yahoo program uses text messages...sent Oover the Air just like ur regular text messages...it can't be sent over WiFi b/c that uses ur Data...

You need to use a different 3rd party messaging app that uses data, not text messages.
IM+ but shapeservices.con is one, but it's not cheap.
Agile messenger is another.
That's all I can think of right now.

I wish someone would come up with a better way to AIM... Thats the one thing with the Sidekicks thats I'm going to miss when I give them up.

The 650/700wx programs (IM+) never stay connected over data, and the sms versions lack most features.
