Semsons has a sturdy looking headphone adapter on sale for $4.99. Standard shipping is only $2.50, making it cheaper than the ones shipping out of hong kong on ebay.

I just ordered one.

As a bonus, it passes through USB, so you can charge and sync while listening to music. It has been confirmed on xda site that it does work with the Kaiser/Tilt.
