I have an unlocked/jail breaked phone and I had the installer.app on my iPhone
I found having this was useless to me because I don't like the apps too much so I tried removing it off my iPhone! I googled on how to do it but the best solutions were to restore the phone (which I did) or to use WinSCP which is kind of confusing, but I found a simple way to remove the app by saving all your information! just download iBrickr and install the Installer app...again and then you can remove it and it'll be gone from your iphone!

You can remove it from within the installer itself right on the phone under the uninstall tab.

It says INSTALLER and you click UNINSTALL...

And it says "This is the program you're using," to make it extra clear for our oblivious hofoers.

simple, use independence on a mac, it works perfectly

ibrickr on pc doesn't work for some reason

BUT FOR THE RECORD, NO YOU CANNOT DELETE/UNISTALL INSTALLER.APP THROUGH THE ACTUAL APPLICATION ITSELF!
