PLzzzz help me, problem with i855

hey people, im new over here, can anyone plzz help me, im having problem with my i855 boost phone. what happen was that i was deleting my messages and suddenly my phone froze, i took out the battery from the back, and now my phone doesnt start up, it only stays on the white i855 screen and thats it. I downloaded the Utility Upgrader to upgrade my phone, but i keep on getting the error, it says i need to save the codeplug backup, something like that, but i jus wanted to ask if anyone know how to create a backup for cp, i dont know how to do that, can anyone plzz help me with this issue
