Need Help with RAZR2 PLEASE

My bluetooth dongle just came in today and Im ready to start messing with all my settings on my phone (Razr2 V9M)... but I cant get the sucker to work. I installed the bluetooth fine, and paired my phone to it, but when I try and run MPT... It wont recognize it. Am i missing a step or something???
