Off line RSS reader anyone?

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as i really want to find a good off line RSS reader.
It is driving me mad that i cant find one that will work properly... 
even the standard one (that comes with the P1) would be OK if it could read feeds like http://feeds.feedburner.com/errtheblog.
I don't mind paying for one... but i just want an off line reader that works.
