Frozen Iphone

i was usin rsbt on the iphone and i hit saved, it just froze so when i tried to restart it by holding the home key and sleep key it just wouldnt start up, just stays at the apple, so i had to restore my phone software and jailbreak it again, is there a problem why it froze? sorry im a noob at this and i dont want it to happen again
