In many companies, if they provide a phone or BB or whatever, you are to use it as they gave it to you and for the reasons intended. Misuse or skirting the rules could be grounds for termination. Just make sure you have approval to do what you are doing. I know this didn't answer your question, but I thought a word of caution was needed. |

Nobody and I mean nobody can figure out a reason as to why we can't use the phone on our BlackBerries. It is ridiculous to carry two devices around. When changing to BB Connect, you do not have to register a new device with my company.... Just a password reset to perform the Enterprise Activation on whatever BB type device. So I am trying to look out for the company and not charge for using two devices with a BB monthly charge. So yes indeed back to the question.... If I cancel the BB only service with AT&T, do you think that would end up with my BES account removed within my company? |

So if you activated with your BB Connect device, it probably already removed the original BB from the BES Server database. Therefore, killing the BB Data plan for the original should have no effect on your service. Hope it works out!
