Way to change text mail tones

I can change my ring tone to the tone or song I want but to do the same with the mail and texts. Is this possible? If so how. Do I have to dumo the files somewhere I am not looking? please let me know.

the files are in windows folder.. to change u go thru settings and sounds n notif, u can switch to other stock rings however i havent actually imported a sound to the windows folder (needs to b cut real short for sms not long like for ringer) but im sure if its there itll pick up, also i dont konw if it can b mp3 or wav
