Please someone help me out! All my contacts are saved on my phone and I would like to get the contacts into my SIM because I want to use them on another phone.

On my TyTn and my s620, theres a program built-in called Sim Manager.

Most smart phones and even regular phones let you save contacts to your Sim card. Check your phones manual on how to do that on your perticular phone.

If you have the MDA and are using the standard T-Mobile ROM (OS 1.8)you won't be able to do this copy in bulk. However, if you have the upgraded version (OS 2.26) you can do a bulk copy from the SIM Manager. Although, becareful if you run through the upgrade you will lose all of your contacts. It is suggested you sync your phone to a PC first.
Regardless if you are interested in moving them one at a time. Open up your contact
Click Menu -> Save to SIM

Tony is right. I was trying to avoid copying each contact to SIM. My unlocked 8525 can do it all at once, but not the MDA. Thats a whole lot of contacts! lol, I wonder if anyone has a cab file that can "fix" the sim manager in the MDA.

Does anybody know what SIM Manager, by knsoft does?

Best bet would probably check the XDA forums to see if there is a CAB that will allow to copy all the contacts to the SIM card for the MDA.

I actually had a similiar issue the MDA wasn't functioning correctly and I was returning the phone. However I never could get the phone to sync because there is an issue with the version of Office I have and the preloaded version of outlook. This means
1. I couldn't sync my contacts
2. I couldn't load any apps that would allow me to transfer my data
3. If I upgrade, I could save all my contacts to SIM in bulk, but I'd have to lose my contacts ???
4. I could manually go through each contact and save to SIM
I took option 4.
