ok this is my big problem im trying to donwgrade the baseband of my iphone and i do everything the tutorials says but my problem comes when i used putty i type this command "launchctl remove com.apple.CommCenter" and it says "launchctl remove error: no such process" anyone can help me im desperate...

I don't know what "tutorial" you're following child, but perhaps and quite honestly, you shouldn't be unlocking your phone.
I believe the real command you're looking for ... is:
launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
