sk3 problems..AGAIN

Ok so, my sk3 is trippin. While on AIM i noticed my buttons started to not work. it would'nt type anything, and when i pressed the jump button it brought up the profile changer...and when i use my scrollball it scrolls down like 10 names on my buddy list. NO other buttons work except those two...and when i restart the sidekick its back to normal for about 10 mins then it begins to act up again.
Any solutions?

seems to me like you got a bad one, see if you can take it back, or call customer service and ask them about it
