Unlock.app white screen freeze fix after baseband downgraded

I used this link to downgrade my baseband:

but I also got a white screen locked up when i tried to run unlock.app.
After hours of retires I found the solution for it. You must run this command after you reflashed the baseband. Run this following in putty:
launchctl load /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist
then run the unlock.app, it should tell you wait for 20 mins to unlock.
