Need ROM for Windows Mobile 5.0 for S621

I have an S621, and I just downloaded Windows mobile 6.0 from the HTC website. I am a bit nervous because I have never upgraded a ROM before and I have had this phone for months and love it and don't want to screw it up. If something goes wrong I would like to be able to go back to the old WM 5. My phone says I have ROM version 1.15.515.1 I was wondering if there was anyway to extract the ROM and save it to my computer so i could go back if something goes wrong or if someone has the ROM already that they could give me. Thanks
