Motorola Warranty Repair

I sent my RAZR in to get repaired under the Motorola warranty and it has been 20 business days that is 1 whole month. Where is my phone??? They better be sending me a new phone with all accessories and what not. There website states 12 to 15 business days. I have never seen such slow unhelpful overseas customer service phone support. They absolutely have no idea why my phone is taking so long. They won't connect me to the service center repairing my phone and certainly never offered to give me a replacement.

Is this normal. Usually most companies I deal with just send you out a refurbed item once yours is received??? What the deal.

Sending you a new phone? Probably not. They will probably be sending you the phone that you sent in if it is repairable, and there more than likely won't be any accessories included in that. The website may say 12-15 business days, but there is no guarantee that it will be within that time line.

If I send something off to repair it can take about a month to come back, but that is going to US CELLULARS national repair center first...and then if it HAS to, the manufacturer.

It's been almost a month now. I had a lady call me at home on sunday and then I followed up with her yesterday and she is sending me out a new inbox razr V3m. I'll wait and see what I get in the next week or so.

In the mean time I sent in a Moto Q and they turned that in about 2 weeks. Same phone came back on that one.
