GSMulti only runs in Administrator mode?

GSMulti used to run in non-administrator mode all the time untill I formatted my PC due to a system crash and lost everything. The one thing I DID save was my backup of GSMulti to flash my KG800 and TG series phone and the flash files associated with it. Now after a Fresh install, GSMulti only runs in administrator mode. I even tested it by logging in with Power user rights, and running it,then using the "run as administrator" option on the associated EXE and it worked. What did I do wrong? or is it something Windows has modified?
Also I noticed the program will only run in the C:\GSMULTI Folder, and not in C:\Program Files\ where all my other apps go. any ideas
