The new Curve is on Premier (two colors). I was under the impression that it would have video capabilities. The specs say otherwise...

I meant the ability to take video...Aren't these specs supporting the ability to view videos. Is this a good assumption?

As long as your have the MicroSD card, you should be able to record video clips. I'm not sure if there will be enough on board memory for video.

unfortunately the 8310 doesnt have a video camera only video playback...its a bummer i know

Nope doesnt have wifi either..the pearl 2 should be the next BB with video and wifi..we shall see...I ordered the titanium one today

I just ordered one. Hopefully the order goes through. It was free with no rebates. I hope that it wasn't just a computer glitch.

Odd, the lowest I can get it is $174.99. That's including $25 discount from my sponsor and $100 off for selecting unlimited data plan.

try to send in the rebate form listed on regular site, you will be off another good $100 if everything goes smooooooth with att.

The lowest I could get it was $174 but I can get the silver one with a free bluetooth headset for $125 will all discounts applied. I didn't know anything about a rebate though.

The 8310 (8300 with GPS) is on sale for 199 with data plan. The ORIGINAL 8300 is on sale for 149 with free BT headset with data plan. Go to att regular site and click on the link under your phone's price, it should bring up a PDF file, submit it in if you gonna keep the data plan at least before att process your request.

how come I paid 299 for the red curve. Did i need to sign up for the data online to get -100.00? They didnt have the bb personal max on the site.

Yep. When you add a voice plan and unlimited data, the Cingular site changes the price from $299 to $199.
