so i've taken a bunch of pics on the iphone. how can i grab those images? when i connect to itunes, i only get an option to put pics onto the phone..? am i missing something?

Connect the phone to the cable, double click "My computer", in there should be an external device connected now. On my pc it says "Camera". Once I click it it opens the photo's on my iPhone.

how about a solution for mac users?

I think there's something called iPhoto for Mac, but thankfully I don't know for sure.

Mac Users - Plug in the Iphone and open Iphoto. It will prompt you to import the pics from the phone. If you've already imported some of the pics, it will ask you if you'd like to duplicate those pics, or simply import the new photos.

Iphoto will walk you right thru it. Good luck!

My Windows PC gives me a pop-up saying a camera device was located and would I like to download the pictures when I plug in.

Yea, and that's extra annoying. I disabled it. I don't always want to look at pictures the second I plug the phone in. Just go to My Computer and browse it that way.
