bottom half of touch screen is not working after a drop on my friends iphone. its unlocked so is that pretty much it? or is it possible to replace?

anyone? looks like ill be paying a 3rd party to install a new screen. is there anyway to virginize the phone to get it fixed by apple for free. i did the iunlock for 1.0.2.

Try takin it to an Apple Store and tell them it was from accidental damage, right when you took it out of the package.
