SOME1 Please Help!

Since i bought my Gx10 2 days ago i havent really had ne problems apart from downloading, everytime i try and dl anything it says there has been some kind of error! Also when i tried to register on voda for mpay or ne other services other than the normal registration of ur phone it also says error! Today the error said:
Sorry, we cannot process your request at the moment. For further information please contact our customer services department on 08700 776655 (call charges at standard rate)
Reason :PAYT and NONLIBRA users are not supported at the moment
Does that mean im on a new something and will have to w8 for these to become supported b4 i can download ne thing on to my phone?
Help would really be appreciated, THX
