HTC Touch and Push email (blackberry)

Is it possbile to use push email on the HTC touch?
I asking because after 7 years I've had enough of O2 uk, they have not sorted out their data plans like promised
You can either have 50meg push email and pay as you go wap data 
or 200meg wap data, and pay as you go push email data 
And have decided to move to T-Mobile uk
£13 for 1gig wap data and 50meg push email 
They have 2 blackberrys, the Pearl, keyboard I dont like, or the Curve with WiFi, they want a fortune for that.
how ever the MDA (HTC) Touch is only £29.99

Try www.htc.com to see the specs, but I'm sure it does have push with either WinMo or Blackberry.
