Multiple email accounts all end up in messages?

Hi,

I just got a Pearl and corporate email is being delivered via BES to my "messages" folder.

I setup a BIS email account to get personal mail and that mail is being depositied into a separate folder AS WELL AS "messages".

1) Is there a way to just view my corporate mail by itself?

2) In either my personal or messages mail folder, if I go to menu > options > email settings I have the following options for Message Services... "Desktop" and "MyPersonalEmailAcct". What's the correct setting for this?

3) As in #2, for either my personal or messages mail folder, if I go to menu > options > email settings I have the following options for Email Reconciliation... "Desktop" and "MyPersonalEmailAcct". What's the correct setting for this?

(1) Nope. This is the way the BB works. All email goes to the Messages box and then to their individual in box. Delete in one place, it is gone from the other. I think BES mail just goes to the Messages box however.

Two options:

BES MailBox (third-party app from Empower -- http://www.getempower.com/Empower_BES_MailBox.php); or
Create a filter (from Messages, select menu Search, and select Service to match BES account; save to create an ALT hotkey)

I agree, this is the only way to go. It's 100% reliable.
