New MMS config on HTC Wizard

Hello all i need a little help
I bought an HTC wizard that was on T-Mobile but is now unlocked.
I have Cingular\att.
I am unable to get picture messages. i was able to fix the GPRS settings to get on the net but when i go to the MMS config to add or edit a server the New and set default buttons are grayed out. When i try to tap and hold the one in the list nothing happens.
Any ideas?
