Powered Dash/vent mount for AT&T Tilt?

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a powered dash or vent mount for the AT&T tilt. With it's built in GPS, the tilt would make a good replacement for dash GPS unit. But, it must be powered so I don't have to worry about the batteries dying.

I don't know of any, but I was thinking of this for myself.
Maybe you can find a decent generic one that you tighten to fit your phone, and that has no plastic on the bottom. That way you can get that and a cigarette-to-USB (1Amp) and plug that in...

I actually saw something like what you're talking about, and was thinking of getting it for my phone. Proporta makes a case for the Kaiser / P4550 / Tilt, but the cool thing about it is that it is detachable from the belt clip and you can mount it on a GPS holder they make to work with their cases.

The case:

The GPS docking mount:

It looks really neat and it'd be pretty cool to just detach the phone from the belt clip then mount it when in the car for GPS or other uses and back, without having to take it out of the case or anything like that. It's magnetic, but you can secure the case into the GPS holder if you're gonig to be driving on uneven or bumpy terrain. It's not powered, but from what I can gather by looking at the pictures, the USB charging port is exposed at the bottom of the case so you could plug the car charger in .

The only downside is that it's a tad pricey for both of them together (case = $35 + GPS mount = $20 = $55), and it's shipping from the UK (I couldn't find any US retailers that carry these 2 items).

You should look into Proclips. They're expensive though.
